Who Is Eligible for In-Home Care?
Any patient who has physical illness or disability who requires medical treatments but wants to receive the care he or she needs at his or her home is eligible. All treatments are under the direction of the patient’s physician and are administered in the home of the patient.

Frequency
The frequency of treatment is given on an intermittent basis, depending on the physician’s order. The health team available are skilled nurses, home health aides, medical social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
